Nursery... I can see the light at the end of the tunnel

So here's where we stand after Mike's visit today. He's ALMOST done and it looks SO AMAZING!!! These pictures truly do not do it justice. But you get the jist...
Now just to get that red finished and the chair rail put up...

I haven't posted any belly pics since I started this blog so I thought it was about time.

This is about 31 weeks... sorry it's not very clear.

I just think this pic is hilarious so I thought I would include it. I have to bend over a significant amount just to see my feet!! Hahaha!

Progress

Evening All!

I'm too tired and by back is too sore to write much. But I think the pictures speak for themselves.
Shouldn't be much longer before it's done and the room is put back together... I CAN'T WAIT!!

We're getting there...

...Or should I say HE'S getting there. My brother has been back twice more so far to work on the nursery. Now, we know that my brother is talented, very talented... but we never dreamed that the mural would be so beautiful!! Each time we go in the room it becomes more amazing to look at!!

It will probably take another 'session' or two before it is complete... my brother being a perfectionist and all... but it's WELL worth the wait!!!

Next up will be the final coat or two of the red and the installation of the chair rail (that ought to be interesting!!).

Here's what I'm talking about... we thought the first tree was incredible... but look how he's really made it come to life!! AMAZING!!
